Room Attendant

Room attendants duties consist of everyday maintenance and care for your hotel rooms. Housekeeping duties are, but not limited to, daily housekeeping chores around the rooms which includes vacuuming, sweeping and mopping floors, cleaning toilets, sinks and showers, making beds, keeping all rooms presentable, work with all in courteous, helpful and professional manner.

overnight kitchen cleaning

Prepares ovens, sinks and other dirty restaurant equipment for cleaning. Empties trash in kitchens. Cleans and wipes down tables and chairs. Washes and scrubs kitchen floors. Cleans food scraps from kitchen areas. Mops and sweeps floors. Vacuums carpets. Cleans public restrooms. Smiles and is friendly when interacting with co-workers, guests and property employees. Follows all required safety and standard operating procedures.


houseman

A houseman supervises, and coordinates activities of housekeeping; engaged in vacuuming halls, restocking storage rooms, answering phone calls from the coordinator and taking supplies to the room attendants. Houseman also delivers products to the guest, remove fridges and microwaves from rooms. He or she works closely with the housekeeping manager to complete all daily tasks.


kitchen stewarding

The Dishwasher position is vital to the overall cleanliness of the building. Our Dishwasher staff is responsible for cleaning, sanitizing, and properly storing all dishes, flatware, utensils and kitchenware. public area attendant

Keeps all lobbies and public facilities such as lobby restrooms, telephone area, the front desk, and offices in a neat and clean condition. Public area attendant promotes a positive image of the property to guests and are pleasant, honest, friendly and also able to address guest requests and problems.


room inspector

This position is responsible for the supervision of housekeeping operations and ensures the cleanliness of hotel rooms and public areas, and adheres to health regulations. Effective supervision of assigned staff, guest satisfaction and positive employee relations. The room inspector will deliver with highest quality that your property deserverds. 


prep cook

Prep cook to prepare food to your exact menu specifications. This includes, but is not limited to chopping vegetables, preparing meats, making sauces, ensuring cleanliness of your kitchen, and assisting with opening and closing duties.
 


bellman

After the front desk clerk, the hotel bellman is the next employee that guests encounter. It's up to the bellman to deliver exemplary service to provide a great impression of service to the guests. Hotel owners and mangers rely on the good nature and customer service skills of service staff to maintain a stellar reputation and keep visitors coming back to the property.
